In the wonderful late summer temperatures we sat outside and enjoyed Franconian specialties. The Käsespätzle were delicious, crispy and cheesy - just as they should be. The bacon pancake was also very tasty. Everything was fine and that's why we have an unreserved recommendation.

Food was excellent! The service was very nice and extremely friendly! But the lady behind the drinks counter took very, very getting used to. Snuggly towards the waiters and guests! It would be better for the waitresses and guests the lady would be placed somewhere in the background!

Nice, attentive conditions outside, Franconian bratwurst not so good: coarse and with gravy, plus sauerkraut with bread. When it comes to potato fritters, it is questionable whether no frozen goods

2020-08-28. Good weather on Friday evening. Time for an al fresco dinner under parasols. Next door is the babbling "beautiful fountain". We ordered 1x warm trout fillets with fried potatoes and 1x 2 sausages with sauerkraut and dark beer sauce. There was a pilsner and a wheat beer each. The food was delicious and the fried potatoes as you know them from grandma. There were also 2 day offers that weren't on the menu. Everything is great. The tables and chairs outside are brand new. Were disinfected every time. The toilets on the 1st floor are new, modern and very clean. The service staff was very nice, attentive and funny. We really enjoyed dinner. The restaurant comes highly recommended. YHW

The service was very nice and everyone tried hard to create a nice atmosphere despite the hygiene concept. Unfortunately, this couldn't hide the fact that the pork steak was seared to death and the rum steak was very tough. Nice for a beer in the evening, not a recommendation for food.

We had dinner here. Everything was very good. Service was friendly. Food was good and sufficient. Our child got something to paint; and several packets of gummy bears after he said he had eaten the whole plate. The only drawback was the table, which was also crooked because of the sloping floor.

The food was delicious and the service was very nice. The tables are a bit unfavorable in the square and constantly wobble. I had the vegetarian vegetable pan with potato noodles.

We were there at the start of our main tour and just ate something: potato pancakes and sausage salad. The potato pancakes were delicious, but I would close here because of the regularity on convenience foods. But good, the price was fair! The sausage salad was good, no reason to complain. And the beer was even better! Service was fast and friendly - exemplary! Maybe you could offer something more for children, but we could have asked.

Good restaurant in the wonderful town hall square. Well prepared, abundant and very good dishes. Normal prices. Very friendly service. Here too there is the bad habit of indicating prices without VAT. In the end the bill looks like the Italian one with the annoying cover ...

Amazing outdoor eating in a traditional German small town surrounded by history. Amazing food and service. Fresh and good. Credit cards are not excepted here.

Typical german food in the middle of a cute old-fashioned and pretty town

Good food, very typically German menu, including seasonal asparagus and Pfifferlingen mushrooms. Fast service, also with larger groups. Good beer and wine selection with local options of both. Very cozy with a nice outside terrace with views into the historic city.

Have only been there once, everything was extremely good.

The food is very good. The salad is excelent. I found a waitress there thst speaks Romanian. My language :D
